When I joined Grande Cosmetics, the Amazon presence was an afterthought. I rebuilt it end-to-end across two fronts: a complete brand store redesign and A+ content and ALT imagery across the brow category. Both had to carry the brand through a full rebrand.
RoleFull ownership on both. Brand store: art direction, copy, photo direction, and design alongside one team member. Product pages: concepting, copy, research, and design for GrandeLASH-MD and five brow products.
approachBefore touching a single design, we compiled customer reviews across DTC, Sephora, Ulta, and Amazon, then surfaced patterns across thousands of data points. Two signals shaped every decision: customers wanted to see real results, and confidence the product was right for them.
outcomeApproximately 8% increase in CTR on the brand store.
