Grande Campaigns

When I joined Grande Cosmetics, the Amazon presence was an afterthought. I rebuilt it end-to-end across two fronts: a complete brand store redesign and A+ content and ALT imagery across the brow category. Both had to carry the brand through a full rebrand.

Role

Creative lead and manager. I oversaw two designers, set the concepting direction, and ran the paid media program from strategy through execution. Work ranged from evergreen performance campaigns to retail placements for Sephora and Ulta.

approach

The program was built on structured testing: different hooks, different formats, different creative territories. I led the analysis of what performed and why, then fed those learnings back into the concepting process. The top-performing creative wasn't guessed at — it was found through iteration.

outcome

The evergreen program consistently delivered 2x+ ROAS. The retail work extended to a DOOH that ran across New York City in partnership with JCDecaux.
